Cheesy Garlic Green Beans

Simple, savory, and oh-so-cheesy — these garlic green beans are roasted to perfection and blanketed in melty mozzarella and Parmesan. Whether served as a side dish or a low-carb snack, they’re packed with flavor and ready in minutes. A veggie upgrade everyone will devour!

1 lb green beans, ends trimmed

2 tbsp avocado oil

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ tsp sea salt

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Toss Green Beans: In a bowl, mix green beans with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet.

Roast: Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until beans start to blister.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melty and golden.

Serve Warm: Optional — finish with a squeeze of lemon juice or extra Parmesan.
