Creamy, cheesy, and totally addictive—this Cracked Out Chicken Tater Tot Casserole is comfort food at its best. Loaded with chicken, bacon, ranch, and crispy golden tater tots, it’s an easy crowd-pleaser for family dinners, potlucks, or game day gatherings.
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
16 oz sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup (unsalted preferred)
1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup chopped cooked bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (30–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch mix, cooked chicken, bacon, and 1½ cups of the cheddar cheese.
Gently fold in frozen tater tots.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
