1 cup onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, diced

1 package kielbasa (10–14 oz), sliced
2 cups sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry

1–2 tbsp yellow mustard (to taste)

Sauté veggies: In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add onions and green pepper, cooking until softened.
