4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried thyme

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the crockpot.

In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot and top with butter.
