1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup pumpkin purée
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet.
