Pumpkin Cream:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp pumpkin puree
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Cold Brew Base (per serving):
2 cups cold brew coffee concentrate
½ cup water
Blend cream, condensed milk, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and spice until thick and foamy (not stiff).
In a glass, mix 1 cup cold brew with ¼ cup water over ice.
Spoon or pour pumpkin foam on top.
Store leftover foam in the fridge for up to 3 days.
