¼ cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
¼ cup roasted pepitas, for garnish
Blend pumpkin, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
