¾ cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk or water
½ cup (72g) strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil
½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins:
3–5 drops Stevia extract (for extra sweetness)
1 tbsp chia seeds (for a thicker shake)
Whipped cream or coconut milk on top
