Banana Bread Brownies

For the Banana Bread Bars:

1½ cups granulated sugar

1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

½ cup butter, softened

2 large eggs

34 ripe bananas, mashed

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

¾ tsp salt

For the Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch pan.

Cream together sugar, yogurt, and butter. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.

Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

Pour into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set.

For the glaze: melt butter, stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

Pour warm glaze over slightly cooled bars. Let set, slice, and serve!
