½ cup almond milk

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Zest of 1 lemon

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Toppings: Fresh blueberries & extra lemon zest

Instructions

In a jar or bowl, mix oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup, lemon zest, and blueberries.

Stir until everything is well combined.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
