1 cup dairy-free milk (like almond or coconut)

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or ⅓ tsp ground ginger)
