Crunchy Chicken Wrap with Dill, Pickle & Coleslaw

This wrap delivers BIG flavor and satisfying crunch. Creamy chicken salad meets coleslaw, buttery lettuce, and a cornflake surprise for texture. It’s fresh, tangy, and perfect for lunch boxes, quick dinners, or wrap-and-go meals.

1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)

1 avocado, mashed

4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp mayonnaise

¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tsp pickle juice

3 dill pickles, diced

2 shallots, finely diced

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

Juice of ½ lemon (~2 tsp)

1½ cups coleslaw mix

1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

4 (10-inch) tortilla wraps

1 cup corn flakes, crushed (for crunch!)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in chicken, dill, pickles, shallots, and pickle juice until evenly coated.

To assemble: lay out tortilla wraps, add butter lettuce, a scoop of chicken mixture, coleslaw, and a sprinkle of crushed corn flakes.

Roll up tightly, cut in half, and serve!
