2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
In a bowl, mash bananas well. Add eggs and whisk until smooth.
Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and flour until just combined.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.
