9 egg whites
⅔ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¾ cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
½ cup diced mushrooms
½ cup chopped broccoli florets
½ cup diced red bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
