Ingredients

Scale

½ cup chili sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1½ tbsp mustard

1 tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp salt

⅛ tsp black pepper

8 hot dogs

8 hot dog buns

Instructions

Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together chili sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Hot Dogs: Place hot dogs in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over them and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for extra flavor).

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill hot dogs for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and heated through.

Serve: Toast buns on the grill if desired. Add hot dogs, and top with your favorite condiments or keep it simple to let the flavor shine.
