1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

½ cup white sugar (adjust to taste)

⅓ cup all-purpose flour

40 buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed

½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine drained pineapples, cheese, sugar, and flour. Mix well.

Spread mixture evenly in the dish.

In a separate bowl, toss crushed crackers with melted butter.

Sprinkle the buttery crumbs over the pineapple mix.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
