Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1½ cups chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.

Whisk pumpkin, sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix wet and dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
