Ingredients for Cake & Filling:

1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients on the box)

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup sour cream

4 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

Cream Filling:

1 cup marshmallow creme

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 tbsp milk (as needed for piping consistency)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease bundt pan well with baking spray.

In a bowl, mix cake ingredients until smooth. Pour into bundt pan and bake 45–50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool cake completely and remove from pan onto cake plate.

Whip filling ingredients until fluffy. Use a piping bag to fill the center and base of the cake with cream.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
